No. 13 Clemson secured a spot in the NCAA Super Regionals with a 5-1 victory over Kentucky, by Taylor Pipkins’ two-run homer and Reese Basinger’s stellar pitching performance. The Tigers’ balanced offensive attack collected 10 hits while Basinger allowed just one unearned run over 5.2 innings before Brooke McCubbin closed out the game with 1.1 perfect innings of relief.
