Clemson Tigers Roll Past Stanford in Series Opener

The No. 3 Clemson Tigers cruised to an 11-1 win over Stanford on Friday night at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. Pitcher Aidan Knaak was dominant, giving up just two hits and striking out six in six innings. Clemson’s bats came alive early, with a two-run first inning and a two-run homer from Jacob Jarrell in the third to build a commanding 5-0 lead.

The Tigers kept their foot on the gas, scoring five more runs in the sixth inning to enforce the 10-run rule. Big hits from Cam Cannarella, Jarren Purify, and Collin Priest led the charge. With the win, Clemson improved to 32-5 and extended their winning streak to seven games. The series continues Saturday at 6 p.m. on ACC Network—don’t miss it!
