Considering Clemson’s recent offensive surge, with over 40 points scored in three consecutive games, and Cade Klubnik’s impressive form, it’s hard not to favor them in their matchup against Florida State. Florida State has been struggling significantly, and the decision to bench DJU due to performance issues only adds to its challenges. I confidently pick Clemson to secure a dominant victory capitalizing on their current momentum and Florida State’s vulnerabilities.

9 Missouri @ 25 Texas A&M Noon
No. 9 Missouri and No. 25 Texas A&M, both teams are bringing strong records into the game. Missouri is undefeated at 4-0 and is hitting the road for the first time this season, facing what could be their toughest challenge yet. Texas A&M, on the other hand, is looking to extend their winning streak to five games and maintain their perfect start in SEC play. Given the home advantage for Texas A&M and their current form, I anticipate a closely contested game.
9 Missouri 28, 25 Texas A&M 24
12 Ole Miss @ South Carolina 3:30PM
In the matchup between No. 12 Ole Miss and South Carolina, Ole Miss comes in with a strong record of 4-1, while South Carolina is looking to bounce back after their bye week with a 3-1 record. The game is set to take place at Williams-Brice Stadium, which could provide a home-field advantage for South Carolina. However, ,even though Ole Miss lost to Kentucky in an upset, I would pick Ole Miss to win in a close contest.
12 Ole Miss 31, South Carolina 24
SMU @ 22 Louisville Noon
In the game between SMU and No. 22 Louisville, despite SMU’s impressive recent performances, I would favor Louisville to emerge victorious.
SMU 24 22, Louisville 34
Iowa @ 3 Ohio State 3:30PM
In the upcoming game between Iowa and No. 3 Ohio State, the Buckeyes are looking to continue their dominant season, having blown out every opponent and so far looking to go 5-0. Iowa, returning from a bye week, will face a tough challenge against a high-performing Ohio State team.

This game became a little underwhelming due to the start that the Seminoles have had, I think the Clemson offense will be tested more than Stanford. Brock Glenn is the starter for the Noles, and if he plays like he did in the ACC Championship game against Louisville, I think Clemson eats him up. Tigers get off onto another hot start and win big in Tallahassee.
Clemson 31, Florida State 13
9 Missouri @ 25 Texas A&M: Noon
Another fun one, especially for a Missouri team that has not made a statement yet this season. They say Kyle Field is one of the toughest places to play in college football, and I think head coach Mike Elko has a better handle on his team than he did against Notre Dame. I really like the Aggies’ rushing attack as it’s been over the last few weeks, and I think they win this one in a very close game.
Texas A&M 24, Missouri 20
12 Ole Miss @ South Carolina: 3:30 PM
Many on this game are watching the injury status of LaNorris Sellers, who is said to be probable to play on Saturday. I really think Ole Miss tripped up just this once against Kentucky, and the team knows they cannot do that again. The Rebels go into Williams-Brice Stadium and show that offensive prowess. They win in a great game.
Ole Miss 31, South Carolina 27
SMU @ 22 Louisville: Noon
Louisville did not look as good as I thought last week against Notre Dame, and the Mustangs are coming in with so much momentum. This SMU offense has looked phenomenal, and I think the away team makes a statement. This is a team that lost to a gritty team in BYU, and traveling to Louisville will be difficult, but something tells me the Mustangs pull it off and continue to rule the ACC.
SMU 35, Louisville 31
Iowa @ 3 Ohio State: 3:30 PM
I know Iowa is Iowa, but Ohio State’s offense is so good. I don’t think the Hawkeyes will be able to keep up with the Buckeyes, but they will hold them on some drives. Iowa won’t be able to keep up the home side offensively, and that’s how the Buckeyes will win this game.

I saw on X earlier today that Clemson fans shouldn’t worry about this game. They must be new here because Clemson/FSU is ALWAYS worrisome for some of us. If Clemson can get out to a quick start as they did against NC State and App State, Clemson will roll. I think it’ll be somewhere between the Stanford start and the aforementioned games. Clemson wins.

Did anyone else watch Mizzou play Boston College? No? Just me? Ok. Well what I saw during that game was a mediocre at best Mizzou team with tremendous talent. That last sentence looks and reads funny, but they should be so much better than they are. Their defense is good, and they have a great QB and two NFL receivers. Mizzou should roll here.

12 Ole Miss @ South Carolina: 3:30 PM
I was fortunate enough to watch Ole Miss while in the state of Mississippi last weekend. That was an experience. They love their hotty toddy down yonder. But that team that played Kentucky will get boat raced by South Carolina this weekend. That was hard to type. Juice Wells returns to the upside-down cockroach in the midlands where he played, when he felt like it. He had two enormous drops a week ago, but it’ll be fun if he can find the end zone on Saturday.
South Carolina 16, Ole Miss 14
SMU @ 22 Louisville: Noon
SMU absolutely demolished Florida State last weekend and that game was not particularly close. Louisville has been getting all the love from those writers that are trying so hard to not admit that Clemson is way better than they were week 1. Preston Stone was supposed to lead the Mustangs this season, but an injury plus the play from (now starter) Kevin Jennings, and SMU will continue to roll.

This game was pretty hyped up coming into the College Football season but now with an underwhelming start to the season for FSU and an injured D.J. Uiagalelei, Tigers should have this one in the bag.

9 Missouri @ 25 Texas A&M: Noon
While Missouri has been pretty underwhelming against mediocre competition, I still think this team has undeniable talent that can lead to a very good season. Texas A&M’s offense hasn’t looked bad but rather stagnant with QB Connor Weigman out, don’t count them out whatsoever but Missouri needs to bounce back after their near-loss to Vanderbilt.
Missouri 28, Texas A&M 14
12 Ole Miss @ South Carolina: 3:30 PM
Ole Miss has a high-powered offense that can exploit South Carolina’s defensive weaknesses, especially if they establish their rhythm early. They have a great QB and WR of Jaxon Dart and Tre Harris as well. South Carolina has a solid defensive line and if QB LaNorris Sellers plays like he’s healthy considering he was questionable to play at one point this week, then I think the Gamecocks can keep up until around the second-half. Regardless, Hotty Toddy!
Ole Miss 33, South Carolina 20
SMU @ 22 Louisville: Noon
SMU has been on a very good run in recent weeks after starting out very sketchy, almost losing to Nevada. Louisville has looked good but I think this can be a good test to see how legit they are. If they’re legit, they should roll the Mustangs. But, I think they’re not as good as their ranking tells us, SMU remains on a hot streak and beats out the Cardinals in an ACC matchup that goes down to the wire.

Well, this game lost its luster in a hurry, didn’t it? Clemson is about to do the Tallahassee two step on the Seminoles, and it might get ugly. Pardon my lack of sympathy.

9 Missouri @ 25 Texas A&M Noon
Missouri has not exactly looked like a dominant top 10 team at times, despite being undefeated. I am also not sold on Texas A&M being a true top 25 team. Still, give me the Tigers in this one.
Missouri 27, Texas A&M 24
12 Ole Miss @ South Carolina 3:30PM
South Carolina blew out Kentucky. Kentucky beat Ole Miss. The football transitive property says South Carolina should win this game. But I was without power for a while and don’t feel like being dirty again by picking the Gamecocks. So…
Ole Miss 31, South Carolina 27
SMU @ 22 Louisville Noon
One of the better ACC games on the slate today and this one has the makings of a barn burner. I look for Louisville to rebound from last week’s loss to Notre Dame and the Cardinals will stay in the thick of the ACC race.
Louisville 28, SMU 17
Iowa @ 3 Ohio State 3:30PM
If Iowa scores 10 points in this game, it would be a mild surprise. I expect a lower scoring contest here, but of course Ohio State will win.
