Dabo Swinney and the Clemson Tigers landed their second quarterback and third overall prospect of the 2026 class this past Wednesday afternoon.
The commitment came from Brock Bradley, a three-star prospect from Birmingham, Alabama.
Although the six-foot-one, 185-pound signal caller only received an offer from Clemson last week, he seems to be confident in his choice as he picked them over 14 other schools, including West Virginia, Texas A&M, Tulane, and Memphis, among others. He also has a good relationship with Clemson red-shirt freshman quarterback, Christopher Vizzina, who’s from Birmingham as well; so this could be another possible reason as to why he made this choice so quickly.
Bradley is ranked as the No. 605 recruit in his class, the No. 55 recruit at his position, and the No. 22 player in the state of Alabama, per 247Sports.
However, he’s garnered a lot of attention recently as he received his three-star status from 247Sports just a couple of weeks back, so expect to see Bradley rise in the rankings and grow as the leader of an offense.
Bradley received his first offer in just the eighth grade, showcasing his potential and talent at an early age. As a freshman on junior varsity in 2022, he threw for 2,107 yards and 21 touchdowns.
In 10 games of his first season as a starter on varsity last year, Bradley completed 60.5% of his throws for 1,845 yards, 22 touchdowns, and four interceptions. Additionally, he ran for 95 yards on the ground.
Despite the fact that the team narrowly missed out on a trip to the 7A AHSAA Playoffs; Bradley led Spain Park High School to a 7-3 record in his first year as a starter and put together one of the best seasons in school history, as they only won five games in total in the two seasons prior to Bradley’s arrival.
