Class of 2025 Prep Star Dylan Harrison Commits to Clemson Baseball

One of the top prep baseball prospects from the state of California has committed to Clemson.

Head coach Erik Bakich secured a pledge from class of 2025 pitcher/outfielder/1B Dylan Harrison from Summit High School in Fontana, CA. Harrison, a right-handed hurler, is an imposing presence at 6’5″ and 205 pounds.

During his junior season in 2024, Dylan Harrison pitched to an 8-0 record and 1.86 ERA while posting 74 strikeouts. At the plate he hit .409 with 20 runs batted in and 20 doubles with two triples. He earned All-CIF Division 3 honors.

Harrison was previously committed to the University of Hawaii but decommitted earlier in the week. He announced his commitment to the Tigers on Friday with a post on X (formerly Twitter).

Bakich continues to rebuild the Clemson baseball roster. The Tigers host a super-regional this past season before falling to Florida. The Tigers return a bevy of talented players but must replace names like Jimmy Obertop and Blake Wright who were among the best offensive players in the country.

Already with big name additions from the transfer portal, Dylan Harrison will provide yet another elite prep prospect to Clemson’s roster in two years.
