Clemson Baseball Bolsters Lineup with Grad Transfer Dominic Listi

The Clemson baseball team is gearing up for another strong season in 2025, and they’ve added a key piece to the puzzle with graduate transfer outfielder Dominic Listi from Indiana State.

Listi, a 6’1″, 205-pound left-handed hitter, brings an impressive track record to Clemson after a standout 2024 season with the Sycamores. He started all 59 games, hitting .324 with a .464 on-base percentage and .895 OPS. Listi showed a disciplined approach at the plate, drawing 34 walks against just 35 strikeouts while also getting hit by 25 pitches.

The outfielder’s performance earned him a spot on the Lexington Regional All-Tournament Team and 2nd Team All-MVC honors in 2024. He scored 57 runs and added 14 doubles and 3 home runs, showing the ability to hit for both average and some power.

Listi joins a Clemson squad coming off an ACC title in 2023 and hungry for a deep postseason run in 2025. The Tigers return two of their top offensive players in the outfield in Cam Cannarella and Andrew Cuifo. Cannarella, 2024 All American, he hit .388 with 72 runs and 24 steals.

Head Coach Erik Bakich, entering his third year, led Clemson to a 44-16 record in 2024 and made it to a Super Regional for the first time in 14 years. The addition of an experienced, high-OBP bat like Listi should help lengthen the lineup and give the Tigers another quality option in the outfield and at the plate.

With Listi on board for his final year of eligibility, Clemson will look to build on last season’s success and make a push for the program’s first College World Series appearance since 2010. Tiger fans can look forward to Listi’s disciplined left-handed bat joining an already potent lineup in the spring of 2025.
