Byrne, from Iona Prep of New York, classifies as an interior offensive lineman – coming in as a guard measuring a massive 6’6, 295 lbs. He’s the highest rated offensive lineman in the state of New York. He’ll join and fellow o-linemen Brayden Jacobs and Easton Ware at Clemson in 2025. Byrne adds another key piece to the building effort of new o-line coach Matt Luke, who is hoping to get a few more commitments to his class: David Sanders Jr, Mario Nash, and Hardy Watts, to name a few.
Clemson’s 2025 recruiting class remains top 5 nationally across most scouting services.
