Clemson football and offensive line coach Matt Luke are fresh on the heels of receiving pledges from two of the nation’s top 2025 offensive line prospects.
The Tigers do not appear to be resting on their laurels and slowing down on the recruiting trail.
It was reported on Tuesday that per 247Sports, Clemson has received a crystal ball prediction for yet another of the country’s top offensive line recruits as 4-star Chauncey Gooden has been predicted to land in Tiger Town per the recruiting service site.
Gooden is rated in the top 200 of the 247Sports composite rankings.
Should Gooden commit to Clemson, it would be the latest major get in what was a windfall weekend for the Tigers following Clemson’s Elite Junior Day Retreat that has already resulted in three commitments.
4-star offensive linemen Braydon Jacobs and Jaylan Beckley are on board, and on Monday morning, 4-star and top-100 defensive lineman Elijah Campbell verbally committed as well. Could Gooden be the latest to join a 2025 class for Clemson that is already rated as the number two overall class in the cycle?
Right now the Tigers are on fire, and it would appear that Clemson is, in fact, not cycling out.
