Duke Rolls Past Fluor Field and into Doug Kingsmore This Weekend.

Clemson(11-6, 0-0 ACC)

Clemson opens ACC play this weekend when the Duke Blue Devils come into town. Coming from behind to win against College Of Charleston last game, Clemson looks to extend its winning streak. Clemson has a 11-3 home record going into this weekend. The Tigers are averaging over six runs per game lead by Cooper Ingle who is riding an 11-game hitting streak. The Tigers bullpen is also making some noise with a 9-5 record and 3.90 ERA in 90 innings. Austin Gordon gets the nod to start Game 1. He looks for a strong start and to secure the Tigers win in conference play.

Duke(11-6, 1-2 ACC)

Duke is coming off a stellar performance win against Presbyterian 15-2 at Greenville’s Fluor Field. Duke opened ACC play last weekend hosting No. 5 Wake Forest. Duke lost the first game but split the double header losing the series. Clemson pitching needs to watchout for Chad Knight who hit two home runs Wednesday at fluor field with two runs scored and 5 RBIs. Duke, who has yet to play a road game, is averaging 9.6 runs per game. Duke gives the game to left-handed pitcher Johnathan Santucci, who has a 2-1 record and 3.93 ERA.
